We're hosting a week of exciting activities starting Monday, April 22nd, culminating in an open day event on Saturday, April 27th at 10 am

From Monday to Thursday, our 6:30 am and 3:00 pm classes will be open to everyone, featuring mini challenges to gear up for the main event. Please ensure to download the F45 Training Glofox app and book your respective class to participate in our anniversary celebrations.

On Saturday, April 27th, it's time for the F45 Xtreme Knockout! Gather your team of three for a thrilling, team-based competition. The Xtreme Knockout will consist of spicy burpees, kettlebell swings, and lots of erg machines. The fastest teams will advance through timed challenges, competing for the title of Xtreme Champions and fantastic prizes.
