So-called "sources" say Britney is doing way worse than she ever was under her conservatorship. She's completely dysfunctional and having radical mood swings.
And even though she had $60 million when the conservatorship ended, she's now in danger of going broke because she's spending millions on lavish trips to places like French Polynesia and Hawaii.
TMZ also spoke with a Hollywood psychologist who has NOT treated Britney. But his diagnosis from afar is that Britney needs to be back under a conservatorship. And if she's not taking meds, she should be FORCED to.
