Stay inside during this super hot weather

We know, it's almost June and we live in the desert, but how HOT is it right now?!

According to doctors, the rise in temperatures and sandstorms are making us sick; the rise in temperature in Muscat is mainly due to hot winds blowing from the deserts of Saudi Arabia. The most common symptoms experienced during a dust storm are irritation to the eyes and upper airways - so if your nose has felt blocked up you know why.

Also, if you've got Asthma you should spend as little time outside as possible. Also, avoid vigorous exercise, especially if you suffer from asthma, diabetes or a breathing-related condition.

Basically, just switch on Netflix and relax until all this hot wind blows over!
