Shinas – The Coast Guard Police, operating under the command of the North Batinah Governorate Police, have apprehended nineteen Asian nationalities. The arrests occurred aboard a boat off the coast of the Wilayat of Shinas as the group attempted to enter the Sultanate of Oman illegally.

The Royal Oman Police has confirmed that legal procedures and necessary measures are being completed against the arrested individuals following their unsuccessful attempt to breach national borders.
