Muscat – The mystery surrounding the most expensive penthouse sold in Oman has been solved, with Yenaier Residences confirming that two-time unified World Heavyweight Champion Anthony Joshua, OBE, is the strategic investor behind the purchase.
Weeks of speculation in real estate circles followed the quiet acquisition, which industry analysts viewed as a sign of strong confidence in Sultan Haitham City’s long-term prospects. Yenaier has now disclosed that Joshua is joining the project not only as a resident but also as a long-term partner and advocate.
His involvement coincides with the launch of Park Lane 101, the development’s flagship investment offering, and underscores Yenaier’s ambitions to position itself as a global luxury real estate brand focused on long-term value.
Joshua said his investment strategy draws on principles that have shaped his boxing career. “Discipline, community and long-term thinking have shaped everything I do, both in and out of the ring. Yenaier represents those same principles. I am proud to be an early investor in what will become a world-class address.”
Joshua’s Sky Palace penthouse spans 15,300sq ft and includes 360° views of the surrounding mountains and cityscape. Features include a wraparound garden-style loggia balcony, full smart-home integration, a private boxing gym built to Joshua’s specifications, a dedicated spa and interiors designed around a wellness-focused lifestyle.
Dr Aadil Alexander, CEO of Adanté Realty, the developer of the project, said the partnership reflects Sultan Haitham City’s rising global profile. “Anthony Joshua shares our belief in long-term value and thoughtful urban design. His support strengthens our commitment to deliver a landmark neighbourhood that elevates the city on the global stage.”
According to Chakyl Camal, CEO of Urbanew Advisory, Joshua’s role extends beyond brand visibility. “It goes beyond a public-facing partnership,” he said, adding that the boxer’s involvement serves as an endorsement of Oman’s growing international appeal.
Yenaier Residences, located in Sultan Haitham City, comprises six towers and 770 units within a mixed-use setting of commercial spaces and branded residences.
