Khabourah – The Municipal Department in North Batinah, working in close coordination with the Ministry of Transport, has taken legal action against individuals operating a vehicle transporting refrigerated poultry in violation of public health and licensing regulations.

The vehicle was seized for failing to possess a valid municipal licence to transport such foodstuffs and for lacking essential health requirements necessary to ensure the safe handling and transport of poultry.

Authorities immediately took the necessary legal steps against the offenders. This swift action underscores the continuous efforts by the local municipal departments and the Ministry of Transport to uphold public safety and health standards within the Sultanate of Oman.
