Muscat – H M Sultan Haitham bin Tarik formally received the credentials of four new ambassadors to Oman during a ceremony at Al Baraka Palace in Barka.
His Majesty the Sultan accepted the credentials papers from: Hrachya Poladian of the Republic of Armenia, Maartje Peters of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Olha Selykh of Ukraine, and Yasser Mohamed Shaaban of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The accredited diplomats conveyed the warm greetings of their respective heads of state to His Majesty, expressing their profound honour and pleasure in taking up their posts in the sultanate. They reiterated their unwavering commitment to strengthening bilateral relations, promoting trade, and boosting investment across various sectors, striving to achieve the shared future visions of their nations and Oman.

His Majesty welcomed the ambassadors, returning his sincere gratitude and appreciation to their leaders for their kind greetings and well wishes. He prayed for the ambassadors’ success in their important responsibilities, assuring them that they would receive the full support of the Omani government and its people to facilitate their work in the best interests of their countries and the sultanate.
