Black Eyed Peas are starting 2023 by going to court!

Don't worry they haven't done anything wrong, supposedly a toy company is the wrongdoer.

BMG has sued a toymaker for their ad campaign which they say is a parody song based on the Black Eyed Peas’ “My Humps”. The toy's song is titled “My Poops” and is used in marketing for a line of unicorns. 

The Poopsie Slime Surprise: Dancing Unicorn toy is created by MGA (the company behind Bratz). 

Have a listen to the song and see if you can hear any similarities... 

They have a point!
