Dua Lipa was "Thrown Off" by Jack Harlow's song about her

Jack Harlow’s new album includes a song called "Dua Lipa" . . . in which he kind of admits that he's crushing on her.

But he didn't ambush her with the track.  He sought her approval beforehand over FaceTime. He says, quote, "She was like, 'Oh, I mean it's not my song.  I suppose it's OK.'  She was just kinda thrown off and she just kinda let it go . . . I think when the song comes out, she'll grow to appreciate it even more." In a separate interview, Jack had a slightly more dramatic recollection of that FaceTime.  Quote, "She was so confused.  She was like, 'What the hell?'  It's clearly a first, but she gave me her blessing.  "She said it was totally fine with her.  She's very sweet.  She's a very sweet woman.”
