Hillary Duff fans were left disappointed to hear Disney's 'Lizzie McGuire' reboot had been cancelled.

However, if you're still craving to see Hillary back on your TV screen, we have some good news!

Hillary Duff is to star in a new show!!!

The show will be a sequel series to the popular show 'How I Met Your Mother'. The 10 episode series will be titled 'How I Met Your Father' and will be starring Hillary.

In the near future, Sophie (Duff) will be telling her son the story of how she met his father.

'How I Met Your Mother' creators Carter Bays and Craig Thomas are also onboard as executive producers. Duff will also produce in addition to starring, with Adam Londy serving as co-executive producer and '20th Television' will produce the new series as it did with the original. 

We are unsure when the show will air but we look forward to it.
