Jamie Foxx is currently hospitalized after experiencing an unspecified medical complication Tuesday morning.  It sounds like it might have been serious, but nobody's saying what happened. His daughter Corinne posted an update yesterday and said, quote, "Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery . . . The family asks for privacy during this time."

Another source said Jamie is now communicating, which is good news.  No word on how long he'll be in the hospital or when he'll return to work.

He's been in Atlanta filming a movie called "Back in Action" with Cameron Diaz and Glenn Close.
