MTV has announced The VMAs (Video Music Awards) will go ahead in 2020.

Over the weekend The BET Awards proved to many in the music industry that awards shows can take place online and still be entertaining! 

This week, Governor Cuomo said in a press conference that the event is scheduled to go on as planned and that “the event will follow all safety guidance including limited or no audience.”

Normally the audience is filled with music fans with celebrities hosting the event on stage, due to Coronavirus, the event will not follow previous patterns.
