Posty fans have been sharing their concerns over Post Malone's mental health since a video of him at a gig began doing the rounds on social media this week.

In the video filmed by a fan at a gig, Posty is singing his song 'I Fall Apart'. While he's singing, Post appears to be quite emotional, grabbing his t-shirt and moving his arms in a strange manner. Fans were quick to suggest that something was wrong with the singer.

One TikTok used wrote, "Bro is literally falling apart." Another commented: "He's not OK, I hope he has people there for him." One user said: "I seen him perform 'I Fall Apart' doing twitching hand movements several times during that song. It seems like it's the norm for this song."

Posty's Dad Rich Post has been quick to respond to fans assuring them that he is thriving. "Healthiest he's been in years! Mentally and physically," he wrote on Instagram. 

Post Malone insists he is happy and healthy following concern from fans after noticing his weight loss, @TMZ reports.

He is said to have gained some weight for a movie role, but is now adhering to a strict diet and working out now that it’s over.
