The world’s biggest stars in music came together for “Global Goal: Unite For Our Future” on Saturday (June 27th), in Global Citizen’s star-studded virtual concert.

The online concert aimed to recognise communities affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.

The event was hosted by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and featured performances from Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, Shakira and many more.

The stream raised $6.9 billion (2.6 billion OMR) and counting.

Probably one of the most exciting parts of the event was when Usher proved his talent and kindness has no limit, as he dropped his new single 'I Cry' and announced that the proceeds from the record would be donated to charity.
