Zayn Malik calls out The Grammys
Zayn Malik has caused a stir on Twitter after calling out The Grammys of accepting bribes in return for nominations.
The 'Trampoline' singer tweeted his frustrations with The Academy:
"**** the Grammys and everyone associated. Unless you shake hands and send gifts, there are no nomination considerations. Next year I’ll send you a basket of confectionary."
The ex-One Direction star followed up his tweet with some clarification explaining that they "lack transparency'.
My tweet was not personal or about eligibility but was about the need for inclusion and the lack of transparency of the nomination process and the space that creates and allows favoritism, racism, and netwokring politics to influence the voting process
