Two tenders relate to the Dhofar Mountains café. The ground floor unit is spread over an area of 95sqm, while the first floor unit, measures 62sqm. Both contracts cover the operation and management of cafés providing food and beverages under a registered trademark and modern brand concept.

A third tender covers the operation of four pop-up food carts. The units, each measuring 1,400mm by 750mm with a height of 2,130mm, are designated for snacks, beverages and speciality coffee.

The largest retail opportunity is a 565sqm gift shop at the Visitor Centre. The contract calls for the operation and management of a contemporary, garden-inspired outlet.
