Muscat – Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate developer, has unveiled Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts at its AIDA project, adding a branded family-focused resort to one of Oman’s largest integrated tourism developments.

The Nickelodeon-branded property will be located within AIDA’s clifftop community, around 130 metres above sea level, and will form part of the wider mixed-use destination being developed in partnership with Omran Group. Dar Global said the project aligns with Oman’s expanding tourism sector and offers a new hospitality and investment proposition.

The resort will feature 120 keys, comprising themed luxury suites and family-oriented rooms ranging from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom residences. Facilities will include an Aqua Nick waterpark, themed dining venues, Club Nick — a dedicated children’s clubhouse — and live entertainment featuring Nickelodeon characters and interactive shows.

Dar Global said the project offers investors full title ownership within a branded hospitality asset, positioned to benefit from family travel demand and the appeal of globally recognised entertainment brands.

AIDA spans 3.5mn sq metres and integrates residential, hospitality and leisure components, including golf, mansions, villas and apartments. The development is positioned as a long-term tourism and lifestyle destination, aimed at strengthening Oman’s profile in the international luxury and leisure market.

Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, said, “AIDA is a milestone project poised to elevate Oman’s luxury real estate offering and drive economic growth. The unveiling of Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Oman underscores our commitment to delivering distinctive experiences and investment opportunities in Oman’s tourism market.”

Marie Marks, Senior Vice President, Global Experiences at Paramount, said, “Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Oman is set to become a key destination in our portfolio, offering families a new way to combine entertainment with high-quality accommodation.”

Nickelodeon is part of Paramount, a global media and entertainment group.
