Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik is set to graciously patronise two significant ceremonial events in Muscat as the Sultanate of Oman continues its celebrations of the National Day.
His Majesty the Sultan will preside over the Military Parade, which is scheduled to take place on Thursday November 20, at the iconic Al Fateh Square in Muscat. This grand parade is a cornerstone of the National Day festivities, showcasing the preparedness and discipline of the Sultanate’s armed forces in a majestic display of national pride.
In addition to the military parade, His Majesty will also bestow his patronage upon the majestic review of the Royal Navy of Oman fleet. This naval spectacle is scheduled for the evening of Friday, November 21 at Qurum Beach, symbolising the strength and operational readiness of the Royal Navy and marking the continuous evolution of Oman’s maritime capabilities.
The dual reviews underscore the importance of the sultanate’s security apparatus while serving as a formal, high profile closing to the main National Day celebrations. The events are expected to be attended by high ranking civilian and military officials, alongside members of the Royal Family.
