Muscat  – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Sunday issued Royal decree No. 95/2025 on ratifying the Agreement of Air Services between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, signed in Montreal on 22 September 2025, reading as follows:

Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) states that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
