Muscat – The Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre (OCEC) has finalised its preparations for the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, unveiling a comprehensive programme that combines hospitality, community engagement and retail experiences.
Under the theme ‘Nights of Spiritual Enlightenment in the Spirit of Ramadan’, OCEC is offering tailored corporate iftar packages for public and private sector organisations, alongside a series of consumer exhibitions and special events designed to enhance the Ramadan atmosphere for visitors.
Iftar venues have been arranged across several indoor and outdoor locations, including Exhibition Hall 1, the Grand Ballroom, the Junior Ballroom and landscaped gardens prepared with a Ramadan-inspired setting. The centre said the venues blend traditional elements with contemporary touches, providing flexible options for corporate gatherings and group events.
Supporting community and commercial activity during the holy month, OCEC will also host a number of consumer exhibitions, notably the Dar Al Ataa Exhibition, offering a wide range of products while promoting community-driven initiatives.
The programme will further feature interactive events that add to the spirit of Ramadan, with detailed schedules to be announced in due course.
OCEC said the initiative underscores its commitment to strengthening its role as an integrated destination for hospitality, commerce and cultural engagement, in an environment that reflects the values and social spirit of Ramadan.
