Muscat – Oman Air has announced the immediate cancellation of several key international flights due to ongoing closures within regional airspace. The national carrier confirmed that all services to and from Amman, Dubai, Bahrain, Doha, Dammam, and Kuwait scheduled for March 1 and March 2 have been grounded. In addition to these regional disruptions, the airline has also cancelled its scheduled flights to and from Moscow for Sunday.
While the carrier noted that all other operations are currently proceeding as planned, passengers have been advised that further delays may occur across the network as the situation evolves. Oman Air emphasised that the safety of its guests and crew remains the primary concern during this period of instability. The airline is maintaining close contact with relevant aviation authorities and has committed to providing regular updates via its official website. Management expressed sincere regret for the inconvenience caused to travellers and thanked the public for their continued cooperation.
