Muscat – His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik conferred the Order of Appreciation on Gilbert Houngbo, Director-General of International Labour Organization (ILO), in recognition of his efforts and contributions in multiple fields to advance international cooperation. The order was presented by H H Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs, during his reception of the guest at Al Murtafa’a Camp on Monday.
