Dubai – Oman Post has won the Gold Category Award for International Express Mail Service Performance for the third consecutive year, and maintained its second place in the “Customer Experience” category among members of the Universal Postal Union.
These awards are based on performance results for 2024 and were announced during the Extraordinary General Assembly of the World EMS Federation held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Ahmed bin Nasser al Amri, Acting Senior Executive Director of Business Solutions and National Coordinator at Oman Post, explained that this recognition, for the third consecutive year, is a confirmation of Oman Post’s continued commitment to excellence and innovation in providing postal services.
He added that being at the forefront of the sector among the world’s best international express mail service providers is a true reflection of setting new standards by providing reliable and flexible solutions that connect the Sultanate of Oman to the world. He added that this recognition will consolidate Oman Post’s presence in the postal sector, achieving the Sultanate of Oman’s vision to become a global hub for trade and logistics services.
