North Batinah – Royal Oman Police (ROP) has successfully arrested an individual involved in the impersonation of a police officer and the commission of robbery by force.

According to official reports, the individual targeted victims by intercepting them and demanding their identification documents under the false pretence of being a member of the police force. The suspect utilised this deceptive tactic to intimidate the victims and seize various sums of cash in their possession. Following the arrest, the authorities confirmed that the individual has been taken into custody and that the necessary legal proceedings are currently being finalised against him to ensure justice is served.
