Muscat – The Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Bausher is prepared to host the prestigious final of His Majesty the Sultan’s Cup for the 2025/2026 football season on Saturday, February 14. This highly anticipated match features a confrontation between Al Nahda and Oman Club, two of the nation’s most ambitious sides, who reached the final after a series of hard-fought semi-final victories. Al Nahda secured its place in the “Golden Square” following a commanding 6-2 aggregate win over Sur, while Oman Club advanced by overcoming Dhofar with a narrow 1-0 aggregate lead.
At the behest of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the final will be gracing the presence of H H Sayyid Bilarab bin Haitham, Minister of State and Governor of Muscat, who will patronise the event. The kick-off is scheduled for 8:00 PM, marking the culmination of an exciting sports season that has captivated football enthusiasts across the Sultanate.
