Muscat – Sultan Qaboos Comprehensive Cancer Care and Research Centre (SQCCCRC), part of University Medical City, has earned international recognition for excellence in supportive care for cancer patients marking a first-of-its-kind achievement in the Middle East.
The distinction, awarded by Multinational Association for Supportive Care in Cancer – an international, interdisciplinary organisation dedicated to the practice, education and research of supportive care in cancer – places SQCCCRC among an elite group of just 20 institutions worldwide acknowledged for providing the highest standards of supportive and comprehensive care for cancer patients.
