Dakhliyah – The Royal Oman Police have confirmed the arrest of two Asian nationalities following a successful operation in Dakhliyah Governorate. The suspects were intercepted in the Wilayats of Manah and Samail, after being found in possession of substantial quantities of contraband.

During the operation, authorities seized a large haul consisting of cigarettes and prohibited tobacco products. Preliminary investigations suggest that the items were held with the specific intent to traffic them illegally within the local market. The police have stated that the necessary legal proceedings are currently being finalised against both individuals.
