Lewis Capaldi made a triumphant and emotional return to Glastonbury.
Lewis last played Glastonbury in 2023. It was supposed to be a return to live performances after he had to cancel a series of gigs amid struggles with his mental health and Tourette syndrome. Instead, his voice gave out, and Capaldi retreated from public view.
However, after working on himself, Lewis treated fans with a surprise performance at Glastonbury on the Pyramid stage.
He said: "I've really, really missed doing this over the last two years, and it's been difficult at times to think that maybe this wouldn't happen again. Genuinely, from the bottom of my heart, it means the f***ing world that everyone's here."
