"Her symptoms are currently being evaluated," reads a statement from Meg's team to Billboard.
Megan’s hairstylist, Kellon Deryck, first alerted fans to the hospitalization on Tuesday night, posting on X: “Everyone say a prayer for Megan, we are all at the hospital.”
