The MTV Video Music Awards ceremony is set for September 7th in New York.
The awards are voted by you, the fans and the nominations are now live.
Lady Gaga takes the top spot, receiving 12 nominations. She leads all the artists in categories such as Artist of the Year and Video of the Year for "Die With a Smile" with Bruno Mars.
Bruno Mars has also done well; he earned 11 nominations.
AND no surprise here, Kendrick Lamar has secured 10 nominations, including Video of the Year.
