The Weeknd just wrapped the highest-grossing tour ever by a male artist, bringing in more than $1.3 billion.
His 'After Hours Til Dawn Stadium Tour' finished this week with a final show in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, ending a run that started in July 2022.
Over four years, the tour played 176 shows across 67 cities, 30 countries and five continents, selling more than 9 million tickets, according to Live Nation. That total surpasses Elton John’s 'Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour', which grossed about $939 million, and ranks third all time behind only Taylor Swift’s 'Eras Tour' and Coldplay’s 'Music of the Spheres Tour'.
